Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This page explains what personal data this website collects, what it is used for and what rights you have, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

  • Controller: [Codarya]
  • Address: [09200]
  • Email: [tu-email@dominio.com]

2. What data is processed

Only what you send through the contact form:

  • Name.
  • Email.
  • Phone number.
  • The message you write.
  • The language of the page you write from.

3. What it is used for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote if you ask for one and keep the conversation about your project going. It is not used to send you advertising, and no automated decisions are made with it.

To prevent mass submissions, the server takes your IP address into account for a few minutes. It is not stored with your message.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you request a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long it is kept

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If no agreement is reached, it is deleted at most 12 months after the last contact. If a contract is signed, it is kept for as long as the law requires.

6. Who it is shared with

It is not passed on to third parties unless the law requires it. The data is stored on the servers of [Proveedor de alojamiento, p. ej. Vercel Inc.], which acts as data processor. If that provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You can write to [tu-email@dominio.com] at any time to exercise your rights of:

  • Access to your data.
  • Rectification of incorrect data.
  • Erasure of your data.
  • Objection to and restriction of processing.
  • Portability.
  • Withdrawal of your consent, without affecting earlier processing.

8. Complaints

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the owner can read the messages, from a password-protected panel.
